scripty fails on windows #12

running yarn greet throws the following error

scripty > Executing "C:\Users\name\Documents\Development\learn\js-ts-monorepos\scripts\greet":

events.js:292
      throw er; // Unhandled 'error' event
      ^

seems to be a known issue in scripty repo

testdouble/scripty#92

anyone know a workaround? using git bash as terminal
