Minor Repo Updates

First of all, I love this module! Even though I have not used it yet. I'm planning to heavily rely on Nomad in a personal project, and this module simplifies some of my plans by leaning more on Nomad.

I noticed the README has this TODO:

External: Add a Nomad Pack (ideally official)

I already did that, and you merged my PR: hashicorp/nomad-pack-community-registry#145 😁

Also the "About" line says:

Caddy TLS Certmagic support for Consul K/V

That should say Nomad 🙂

Question: Can this be used to have caddy act as reverse proxy as ingress for nomad?
