User Story

As a MP Engineer
I want to create a reusable workflow for the AMI Build workflow in modernisation-platform-ami-builds
So that I reduce duplication/maintenance of code

Value / Purpose

As part of the reusable workflow spike the workflows in the modernisation-platform-ami-builds repo e.g. nomis.yml were identified as being a candidate for a reusable workflow.

The workflows are largely the same bar pointing to different team names/ directories in the codebase.

Benefits: reduce duplication and dependency management etc.
