💡 Summary

アイコンデコレーションにアニメーション付きGIF画像を設定すると、設定の「アニメーション画像を再生しない」をオンにしてもデコレーションのアニメーションが停止しない

🥰 Expected Behavior

「アニメーション画像を再生しない」をオンにすると、アイコンやカスタム絵文字のアニメーションが停止するのと同じようにデコレーションのアニメーションも停止する

🤬 Actual Behavior

デコレーションのアニメーションが停止しない

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. アニメーション付きのアイコンデコレーションを設定する
2. 設定の「アニメーション画像を再生しない」をオンにする
