Summary

Mastodonにプロフィールに補足情報を付けられて、
そこでURLが指定された場合にURLを認証する機能がある。
MisskeyのURL (https://exmaple.com/@USERなど) を書かれたときに認証されるようにする。

ユーザーがプロフィール補足情報を編集できるようにして
(今はリモートの情報はDBに保存しているがローカル分を編集するUIはない)
ユーザーページをリクエストされた時のHTMLに <a rel="me" href="https://example.com/@USER"> ... みたいなのを出力するようにする。
