Why?

pyZscaler should drop support for Python 3.7 before EoL.

Python 3.7 is EoL on 27 JUN 23. pyZscaler should only support versions of Python that are supported for security updates. Furthermore, pyZscaler will be able to take advantage of functionality in Python 3.8 that is not currently supported by 3.7.
