Notable changelog entries (so far):

• Add python3.13 to the default INTERPRETER_PYTHON_FALLBACK list.
• Add a new meta task end_role (Feature Idea: add meta: end_role ansible/ansible#22286)
• The minimum supported Python version on targets is now Python 3.8.
• remove extraneous selinux import (setup module fails with ansible_python_interpreter in virtualenv and selinux package ansible/ansible#83657)
• assert - Nested templating may result in an inability for the conditional to be evaluated.
• persistent connection plugins - The ANSIBLE_CONNECTION_PATH config option no longer has any effect.
• Removed Python 3.10 as a supported version on the controller. Python 3.11 or newer is required.
• shell plugin - properly quote all needed components of shell commands ("No such file or directory" error when using local modules and python installed on Mac in "Library/Application Support" venvs ansible/ansible#82535)
• ssh - Fix bug when attempting to fetch a file path with characters that should be quoted when using the piped transfer method
