Target : Mixxx 1.12

Have loop_scale visible in skins (wether loop being enabled or not)
So that the user can select a loop size from its controller (with a knob) and then enable the loop with a push button later on.

It is always usefull to have this kind of visual reminder.

The title of this bug does not match the description. loop_scale merely scales an existing loop. The new beatloop_size Control introduced in #1187 will be shown on screen after #940 is merged.
