M2.0 Manual Ducking inconsistent behavior

When pressed, the manual ducking does one of three things:

1. Lowers music volume on short click, but when released and clicked again does not lower the music volume
2. Lowers music volume when soundcard input initially chosen and button is initially clicked. Once Mixxx is closed and reopened, the manual ducking no longer responds when pressed.
3. Nothing - no lowering of music volume.
4. When it worked for a short time, it did not change for R or L. Both were lowered or neither were lowered
