Any .tex source where the name of the file (without suffix) matches the name of the parent directory shall be built, if it differs from the main branch.
For a Pull Request, the resulting .pdf shall be added to the Pull Request as an artifact.
On Push to the `main branch, any altered or added PDF document shall be added to the branch through an action commit.
