A plugin to count the number of occurences each text style you define has, that way you can consistently apply textstyles.
Clone this repo and double click the ".sketchplugin" file.
This plugin is not performant for larger sketch files, if you are over 20 000 layers total, you may have to wait approx. 100~ seconds.
