in this line "Reporter" isn't declared properly

try {
  Reporter = require('../lib/reporters/' + program.reporter);
} catch (err) {

SHOULD BE

var Reporter = null;
try {
  Reporter = require('../lib/reporters/' + program.reporter);
} catch (err) {
