feat(admin): overview of all tokens created by users

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to have an overview of all application tokens created by users and be able to revoke them as admin.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the admin settings screen I'd like there to be an interface where I can view created tokens and revoke them. This can be added to the current user list tab.

Describe alternatives you've considered
a separate tab in the admin tools for this interface
