First Jekyll version

0.3 is officially here. The theme has a LONG way to go before it's done but the basic skeleton is there!

Why start at 0.3

The first two versions of the theme were built for the flask framework for the plane project that was done as part of our course. Version 0.1 and version 0.2 of the theme can be found at those links. 0.3 is the first version to support Jekyll but I (@monotiller) didn't want to mess up the timeline.

Oh, and just as a quick note, you probably shouldn't use this theme in production just yet as it's, well, not finished. But feel free to have a poke around to see what it's like!
