XCode Command Line Tools (C compiler) dependency

npm install minit depends on having XCode Command Line Tools installed because of "jsdom -> contextify" dependency.
Not sure if we're able to get rid of this requirement... If we're not then we need to instruct users on how to install it here: http://montagejs.org/docs/Quick-Start
The same needs to be done for Windows and Linux Ubuntu.

I was able to install minit on a fresh Windows (in the video) so I don't think it's necessary there. Not sure about OS X.
