Improve our grunt-contrib-compress usage #645

We use https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-compress to compress our resources before uploading them to s3. There are a few issues with it

use of optional brotli compression breaks travis (fixed in Update our travis-ci config to use a C++ compiler that can compile iltorb #592), and in Windows.

Maybe there is something we can do to improve this, or we can switch to some other module.
