Diff Viewer - CSS: Contents within pre tags overflow

CSS for diff viewer does not handle resizing without overflowing, as described previously in the style.css file comments.

Issue raised for documentation purposes with a changeset example.

Yes, it was a comment, or TODO in the code, so I asked @Dottori to make a formal issue for it.
