Problem: https://stage.send.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/ is Legacy IP-only.
Possible solutions:

Opening a ticket and asking when regular instances will get support for IPv6.
https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/ipv6 or Cloudflare
