Can't get high quality audio when using pafy in discord.py

I don't know if it's only happenning to me or not, because I can't find similiar discussion that contain this issue. Every time I want to play youtube based on keyword/url. Pafy will only detect small video resolution and small audio quality. Like this one

You can see in the image, I use allstreams to get a list of stream quality whether is audio only or video only or have both.
