IE 11 Menu button is not opening the menu list #186

Window 7 32bits VirtualBox Tested IE 11
Hover: false
HoverIntent: false
Because submenu should stay after clicking the parent item. Not leaving when mouse out. I used slide down and slide up to show/hide submenu list.

The issue: On menu button (after the page first load), tried to click on menu button to see the menu list but can't get it to open. IE 10, it opens to show menu list and also submenu list.

Why IE 11 menu button is not working on click?
