I mentioned there is an article that tells us "Stop using Material Design Text Fields" because the lack of accessibility. Is there any way to improve it and still follow the Material Design? 🤔

Please see my twitter convo with the author and #19950

There were a lot of misleading information in that article as well as issues that are not tied to Material design.

For example you don't have to use placeholders.

Other than that we would need to go point by point. Is there something particular we should address?

Just like facebook didn't kill react-native you shouldn't stop using material design text fields because of one article that has lots of issues.
