Menu is not user friendly when scroll down need to appear on top

Issue Summary

The menu is not sticky. We need to add a button to scroll up, or make the menu sticky so users can change sections even when scrolling down. Additionally, when clicking on a section, the full section title does not appear; title seems to disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit website https://mujtabacodes.com
2. Scroll page
3. And for section issue click on any button from menu like experience and view

Expected Results

The menu needs to be sticky, or need to add a new 'Scroll Up' button so users can move up without scrolling manually.
