Sort Months by custom order #194

The current datepicker sort the MONTHS from Jan to Dec.

Which is fine, but I have a requirement to sort by custom order.

Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar

and

Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun

Maybe set the START MONTH, then render 12 months from there?

Can this be done?
