Materia-dark: thunderbird calendar time selection dialog very hard to read (black on dark grey)

Actual Issue

When creating / editing a new appointment in the TB calendar (Lightning), the dropdown dialog to choose the time has black on dark grey text (if not selected and not hovered):

Might be related to issues #560 and #584?

And I guess this issue in LibreOffice (version 7.2.3.2) is related (or should I open another issue for it?)
When using the grouped UI mode, the buttons also are black on dark grey:

Let me add: I recently discovered Materia (via Papirus icons) and I just love it! Thanks for all your work!
