Generic XML Parsing Library for Flight Parameters

Are there any libraries in the cFS ecosystem that support generic XML parsing? For example, if someone wants to use a custom XML file to load flight parameters from a file system at initialization. So far, I've seen some examples with JSON but have not found any cFS examples or capabilities using XML so far.
