NeuroGeometry: Make a function to intersect neurons with a 2D plane

This would be especially useful in looking at the topographical organisation of neurons traveling in a bundle, or to cut certain parts of neurons for further analysis.

Intersecting plane can either be perpendicular to the tangent of the bundle or can be determined by manually drawing a line.
