Fix imaging metadata for v6.1

  • We might also want to update the imaging assay from CyCIF to Vectra and Comet? CC @adamjtaylor
• Double check new whether new Vanderbilt data should be included in this study:
• Bigquery table v6.1 needs to be updated to include (scRNASeq and imaging). After that we can replace the currently manually edited v6.1 files. CC @PozhidayevaDarya.

The tables should now be correct and the v6.1 entities and metadata have show the manifests:

These pertain to missing channel metadata for comet. They were included in R6.1 but we are waiting for them to be provided.
