Back story:

building NEAR integrations into ceramic network
ceramic needs namespaces to power their DID
DID is based on standards work of the CAIP group

PR to add NEAR to CAIP Definitions:
ChainAgnostic/CAIPs#43 (comment)

Whats the direction namespace standards for NEAR?

Are these definitions valid?
What does name spacing look like when more shards exist (especially if cosmos, polkadot, etc integrations)?
