Small cleanup task. Will probably fully remove old sourcefiles a few months after merging this. Strictly speaking it's a major version change but I'm not going to do that for the sake of such an obvious and straightforward port - instead the changelog will make it very obvious that some minor porting will be necessary at that stage.
