NetBox version

v3.6.3-dev

Topology Views version

v3.7.1-dev

Steps to Reproduce

Click "Topology"
Go to tab "Filters"
Select only one device (along with any other filters) and hit the search button

Expected Behavior

Only one device should show up.

Observed Behavior

Device filter is ignored. This bug came with one of the latest pull requests.
