Issue type: Bug report

Python version: 2.7.6
NetBox version: v2-beta3

When attempting to import new secrets, if the user does not have an unlocked user key, the form submission returns and error: "No session key was provided with the request. Unable to encrypt secret data." The UI should be prompting the user to unlock his/her user key prior to submitting the form.

Submission of secrets with an already unlocked user key works as expected.
