Invalid VRF Breadcrumb link under Prefixes page #696

When on a prefixes page such as netbox/ipam/prefixes/5880/ on the breadcumb link there is a link back to the VRF which is broken. It goes to netbox/ipam/prefixes/?vrf=2, when it should be /ipam/vrfs/2/
