Clarification of development and governance

In researching this project for Decap CMS (formerly made by Netlify) I realized there has been no release since 1.0.1 on Feb 9, 2022 and 5x trivial bug fix commits since then.

Perhaps @netlify/ecosystem-pod-developer-foundations can clarify:

• Has Netlify stopped releasing future source-code for this project while developing it closed?
• Or is GoTrue basically an unmaintained project with no further resources available?
• If the later, is there willingness for community participation and help?
