Expected Behavior

VPP should allocate kernel interfaces fast, even on high load.

Current Behavior

VPP allocates kernel interfaces for a single connection for about 18s in 80 clients case

Steps to Reproduce

Run steps from networkservicemesh/sdk#1031 with 80 clients.

Context

Packet automation cluster.
