Description

If we use kernelVethPairServer and local forwarder died (see TestRunHealSuite/TestLocal_forwarder_death), we can see file exists error after restart:

It was caught on GKE cluster.
If you want to reproduce it on kind, delete this lines - https://github.com/networkservicemesh/sdk-vpp/blob/main/pkg/networkservice/mechanisms/kernel/server.go#L34-L36
