The released binaries for Windows are more than 4 year old now. Please release a new version, or build instructions for the noobs like me. Thanks.

Closing, since we have several other issues like #302 and #262 with more detail.

The NUT project needs a volunteer to redo the Windows port. See the discussion on #5 for more information.
