Can be used the .P12 file as keyring

I am going to encrypt and decrypt the files with p12 using bouncy-gpg .
Of course, I can get a public key and private key from p12 file.
But not adaptable with these public key and private key.

How can I handle this problem?
That would be appreciated for any advice.
