I'm using an intracellular solution that allows me to record sIPSCs and sEPSCs simultaneously. sIPSCs appear as positive-going currents and EPSCs as negative-going currents.
On my data, the Deconvolution template matching algorithm does the best job of detecting spikes, however it seems to avoid positive-going spikes, even if the template is from a positive-going spike. Is there a parameter I can change to allow for detection of positive-going spikes?
