Anyone have an example of a custom code node?

I'd like a node where I can put a custom script in. I'm trying to build a system for managing general unix pipelines, so I'd actually want it as a bash script.

Anyone have any examples of custom nodes with text editor components?

Tried playing around with this a bit more, thought maybe I'd make a separate editor and load custom nodes from that. Looks like the toolbar is so-far undocumented though. I guess I'd need to completely over-ride the toolbar in order to add like a text editor.
