indexing status and progress bar missing #852

the NC admin screen of elastic search should show

if the index is running (fulltextsearch:test returns OK)
a progress bar of how many files are already indexed - especially important setting up the search on an existing (big) NC installation- even if the number is only a rough estimate. currently not even the occ command provide this feedback.
