Bug description

"All tags" should be translated.
I tried to suggest a translation in Transifex, but couldn't find the corresponding string.
I searched in these resources: systemtags, photo, core.
If anyone can help me to find it... Thank you

Steps to reproduce

1. Select "Tags" in nav panel like on the photo above.

Expected behavior

The indication "All tags" should be translated.
