[Bug]: Not fixed [Translation function malfunction #47504]

Bug description

#47504 is listed as fixed, but it is not fixed in 29.0.6.
Also, the popup when overwriting a file is not translated.

Steps to reproduce

1.It will always be reproduced if you display the file list.

Expected behavior

The translated comment will be displayed.

The same is true for 30.0.0

This was fixed in 29.0.10, but another screen was not being translated.
It's the screen where you select files and move or copy them.
