show more apps on the blue bar and not adding the ... (three dots) when the screen is at 85% of max size.

Steps to reproduce

1. add a lot of apps to your apps store.
   then a lot of apps will show up but not all easily. Some important ones like announcements will not stay on top to be clicked at. see picture below
   

Expected behaviour

if there is enough space on the top bar lets show all apps. now it seems to be limited to to some apps depending on the size of the browser window; however there is plenty of space to show all apps....
Lets define other ways the way apps will show up first. In this case I would expect circles, video to be less important then accouncements that I always like to see on the top visible.

Actual behaviour

you see three dots ... where you need to click on to show more apps. Although there is plenty of space on the blue bar to show more apps. It seems it starts to add the ... when I shrink my browser at 85% of the screen. Still leaving double or tripple the ammount of apps to be visible still on the blue bar.

thnx sorry for the hassle: did a search earlier but couldn't find it easily
But if this got resported/discussed in June; should it not then be in 12.0.2 already or what will be the next release that will fix this? As I did not see a future patch planned listed?
