Group configuration one screen per section

Context

Right now the configuration is a loooong list, that's not very ergonomic and neither does it help with discoverability.

I am willing to work on this but I'm not sure how to split the settings into different screens. If you point me in the right direction I'll happily work on the PR

Describe your suggested feature

Move each section into its own screen, maybe add icons to the top-level screen to help guide the user (like thumb-key does)

Oh how things have grown back in the days of there being a single swedish/german toggle, heh.

I agree that the current categorization isn't great. A start might be to just split the current categories into separate pages.

There's also the list of layouts, that won't scale (it's already a bit of a bother).

Having the previews is nice but I'm not sure how useful it is... maybe a middle ground would be to have the screen split between the list (in text lines) and the preview at the bottom.
