This is a tracking issue for various unimplemented security features.

authentication: generate a different forwarding token per-namespace
authentication: mTLS between proxy and operator
authorization: only allow proxies to request their own matches from the operator
obscurity: don't forward error messages to actix for release builds
store forwarding token in a secret instead of in an env var directly
