I cannot create a password

After isntall it, create the user, the roles and the folders. I am unable to create the first password.
It just hun clocking with the loading bar..
Not sure how to resolve it,

I tried using Chrome or Firefox, its the same

Please re-upload all the files and reinstall.

Something went wrong.

This is the basic functionality ... if you get an error here, everyone should have it.

Or give me an access to the server.
