Expected behavior

Communication that a user has connected showing correct login time

Actual behavior

login time is always wrong as it seems is showing the previous login time.
Are these email somehow cached on the system and then sent when a second login is done?
E.g. I login at 11:00 and the email the admin receives has the time of my previous login at 8:30.

Steps to reproduce

Login and wait for login notification email.
logoff and login again.
Second notification will have the time of the first login.
