Issue with encoding of cyrillic description

Steps to reproduce

1. Create any item with cyrillic description.
2. Expot that item for offline mode.
3. Open offline file

Expected behaviour

I want see my item with cyrillic description

Actual behaviour

I see my item with description like "????? ??? ????? 1 ???"
