Help Database connection

Hey

i don't know if this the right place to ask for help but i'm very frustrated with this problem

I tried to upgrade from 2.1.14 > 2.1.15 to test disabling import (by the way thx for that)
I just replaced the files with the new ones. It worked so many times without any problems but this time i could not connect to my table using my sql user.
I was using wamp before and even installed xampp to see what could be my problem but still not working
Only way i can connect is a sql user without password but not a user with password
I don't understand what could allow me to connect this way but not the other way with pw?
The User has global privileges and even with root user+pw its not working.
Switching back to old version shows same problem so i somehow must have ruined it by myself.

Message is Impossible to connect to table

Some has a hint for me what this could be?

Have you check the hashing of your user pw? I'm pretty sure it is too high.
I know there is actually one issue on this and I've got to implement a correction for 2.1.15.

You sure go on the web site and search for the word 'hashing', there is a lot of comments on this subject ;-)

In order to be sure, you can define a more simple pw for your user and it should work.

OK now i don't understand anything first it worked with PW + 4 characters then i tried again my old one with 8 characters upper and number in it. It works .
But thx for help next time i will check this first or just wait till next day :)

Now i try to restore my databse with the sql file i have created by script but i get right away after i select file "Please enter the encryptionkey" which i haven't set.
if i click ok leaving field empty then i see in background the loading animation and the message but i doubt this is right

One other thing have thought about integrating AD Groups Import? I just don't know if there are other points where this could disrupt other functions like mail
