Openbsd incorrect encryption of fields

Hello. I have a host running Openbsd 4.8 and php 5.2.13. During installation when veryfying DB connection it seems like fields is wrongly encrypted or decrypted. I change install_ajax.php and enter password right there and complete install, but next I can`t enter on site - "Bad password for this account!".
I can give you an ssh account on my host so you can see it.

(About version of php: openbsd team is very conservative and don`t use new version ((( )

PLease check your php version. It seems to be 5.2.x but TP requires 5.3.x.
Try to upload php before anything.
If you still have errors, I could connect to your host of course.
